COVID-19 Communication Update

Dear Customer, I realise that you may have received many of these emails, but it is important as a valued customer that we keep you and your teams informed on Royal Greenland UK’s current position regarding the steps we are taking at Royal Greenland UK to respond to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.

I wanted to personally reassure you that we are vigilantly monitoring the situation and taking the latest guidance from the UK government and Public Health England. Our top priority is everyone’s health and wellbeing and doing our part to stop the spread of this virus. We highly recommend customers everywhere follow the health and travel advice of relevant authorities.

Supply Status in the UK
In these unprecedented times, with much global uncertainty, I understand that you may have many questions about supply. I wanted to personally reassure you that we are really working hard to keep our all our customers fully supplied by maintaining both production levels and stocks – with some currently being held in our cold store partner in the UK.

If you require any extra stock, please do contact us as soon as possible and we will do all we can to arrange this. If there are any changes to your ordering in the first instance, please let your regular RG UK contact know.

We’re taking our responsibilities to respond to Coronavirus – Covid 19 seriously and as the situation develops, the safety of our teams, customers and consumers will remain of the highest importance and we will continue to inform you with our latest updates through our email and social media channels.
