The range
Smoked Greenland halibut is a refreshing alternative to smoked salmon. It is available in sustainable, MSC certified version, smoked over beechwood and presliced in the packaging - ready to take out and use.
The products are all smoked in Hirtshals, Denmark in our specialized facility where the quality follows a strict HACCP system.
Our smoke house is located in Hirtshals, Denmark. Here we smoke Greenland halibut, Atlantic cod and salmon.
