600 g Nutaaq® cod fillets with skin, thawed
5 ripe avocados
4 cloves of garlic
2 red onions
1 tbsp cumin
2 red chillies
salt and pepper
Break, de-stone and peel the ripe avocados. Mash them roughly with a whisk and then turn with crushed garlic, sliced red onion, cumin and chopped chilli. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cut the cod into 60 g pieces and fry in oil in a frying pan, skin side down for about 3 minutes. Then place the pan in the oven for 3 minutes at 200°C.
Arrange the avocado and the cod in 10 small bowls and serve immediately.
