Snow crab The snow crab (Chionoecetes opilio) is a delicacy from the icy cold waters of the North Atlantic and Arctic Ocean. The meat is snowy white with a bright orange surface and has a fresh, sweet and slightly salty taste of the sea, with a touch of shellfish bitterness.

Canadian lobster whole cooked Off the coast of Newfoundland lives a healthy and sustainable stock of hard-shell lobsters. The Canadian Lobster from the clean, cold waters of Newfoundland’s coast is a truly exclusive delicacy in appearance, size and taste thanks to its beautiful red-coloured shell, spectacularly large claws, and delicate white meat which has a mild and slightly sweet taste that is so enjoyable.

Chilled Selection™ Chilled Selection™ is our range of re-freshed seafood of the highest quality. The items include Atlantic cod fillets from our renowned Nutaaq® production in Greenland and Greenland halibut from our own fisheries. The products are refreshed in Cuxhaven, Germany for optimal distribution in Europe.

MSC-certified Greenland Halibut Royal Greenland is proud to offer MSC certified Greenland halibut from the offshore fishery in West Greenland that was certified sustainable by the MSC in 2018.
