Ingredients

500 g cod fillet

5 teaspoons coarse-grain mustard

5 teaspoons of finely-chopped gherkins

1 teaspoon of finely-chopped dill

3 teaspoons of finely chopped red onion

2 red peppers

2 packs of rocket lettuce

100 ml olive oil

3 cloves of garlic, finely grated or crushed

5 tbsp lemon juice

5 slices of dark rye bread, cut into squares

Salt and pepper
